A disadvantage of these sites is there is no a person who speaks with the consumer and can sometimes create a distrust that makes the customer buy their trips in travel agents.

The evolution of computer technology has contributed to the growth in demand for internet because it is easier to buy online travel than ten years ago. This demand has increased both domestically and internationally.

The development of seaside resorts, package holidays, long-haul destinations and all weather attractions have all been introduced to meet growing demand for travel and tourism products and services. In the market for travel websites can be a wide variety of competition because sometimes some travel sites can specialize in one type of customer and compete only with companies who are responsible for the same. On the other hand, there are other travel sites for example only compete on sales of airline tickets or hotels. In this part price competition between these companies has grown. Innovation makes the travel websites have to go changing every day their offers both travel as flights or hotels.


Changing consumer needs, expectations and fashions

Through the TV and other mass media, people are looking for more Opportunities to travel, especially in the overseas. In recent years travel advertising has increased and consumers have made ​​the need to travel and are comfortable.
